The winner of the final will collect $100,000, while the runner-up will pocket $40,000 and both competitors are confident of lifting the trophy.
Home-town hope Gomez, the first qualifier to reach the final, said: "I'm the one all the Filipinos want to win. I will just give it my best for the last match and make a good performance.
"I've never played him before so I have no opinion of how this final will go. It just depends on my performance but I never look at my opponent and say 'he is good, or not'. I will do my best and if I lose, I will still know I've tried my hardest."
Peach added: "This is the ultimate dream - to become the World Champion.
"It's every player's ultimate dream in any sport, you just can't describe it, but I'm still here and I've got one match to go. I can either win and become World Champion or lose and don't. There are no ifs, no buts and no in-betweens.
"I will just keep with my game as ever. During the Francisco Bustamante match (in the quarter-final) I had to sit down through seven racks but I proved I can hold myself together. I've had every type of match possible and I'm still standing."
